Account & Registration

Go to 123go-bangla.com/register and fill in the sign-up form. You will need your full name, a Pakistani mobile number, an email address and your date of birth. Once you submit the form, an OTP will be sent to your phone — enter it to verify your number and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use any 123 Go product. This is a firm requirement, not a guideline. We verify age at registration and may request CNIC or passport documents for additional confirmation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and all deposits are returned.

No. Each person is permitted to hold one active account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all related accounts being closed, balances forfeited. If you cannot access your existing account, contact support rather than creating a new one — we can help you recover access.

No documents are required to create an account or make deposits. However, 123 Go may request KYC verification — such as a copy of your CNIC or passport — before processing certain withdrawals or if your account is flagged for routine review. This is a one-time process and the vast majority of players complete it without any issue.

Contact 123 Go support to update your registered contact details. You will need to verify your identity using your current registered credentials before any changes are made. This security step prevents unauthorised changes to your account. Updates are typically processed within 24 hours of identity verification.

Deposits & Payments

123 Go accepts the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is involved and 123 Go does not charge a deposit processing fee on any of these methods.

The minimum deposit on 123 Go is Rs 200 regardless of which payment method you use. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 123 Go, although your individual wallet or bank may have its own daily transaction limits that apply on their side.

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited to your 123 Go balance within one to two minutes of the wallet transaction being confirmed. IBFT transfers usually arrive within a few minutes to one hour depending on your bank's processing time. Card payments can take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.

No. 123 Go does not charge any fee on deposits. If you see a small fee on your Easypaisa or JazzCash statement, that is a transaction fee charged by the wallet provider on their side — not something 123 Go applies or receives. IBFT, NayaPay, SadaPay and card deposits are also completely free from the 123 Go side.

First, check whether the money left your wallet or bank account. If it did not, the transaction simply did not go through and no funds were deducted — try again using the same or a different method. If money did leave your account but did not appear in your 123 Go balance, do not deposit again. Instead, contact 123 Go support with the date, time, amount and transaction reference number from your wallet or bank, and our finance team will trace the payment and credit your account.
Withdrawals

Log in to your 123 Go account and go to the Withdraw section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm. The funds are sent to your registered Easypaisa number, JazzCash number or bank account depending on what you choose. Make sure your withdrawal details match your registered identity — mismatches may cause delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no withdrawal fee charged by 123 Go. Your wallet or bank provider may apply their own fees on receipt of the transfer — this is outside our control.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes and often arrive in under 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay transfers are similarly fast. Bank IBFT withdrawals usually arrive on the same day, though some banks process them within business hours only. Card withdrawals take two to five business days. If your withdrawal is pending for more than two hours, contact support.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal being held are: pending KYC verification (identity documents not yet submitted), an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, the withdrawal account details not matching your registered name, or a first-time withdrawal requiring standard security checks. Live betting allows you to place bets on a match that is already in progress. Odds update in real time based on what is happening in the game — for example, as wickets fall in a PSL match or goals are scored in a football game, the odds for remaining outcomes shift accordingly. To place a live bet, simply navigate to the sports section while a match is ongoing and select the market you want to bet on. Some markets may be briefly suspended when key moments are being settled.

Bets are settled as soon as the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body — typically within minutes of the match ending. For cricket, this is usually within 30 minutes of the last ball being bowled. Winnings are credited directly to your PKR account balance the moment the bet is settled. You can then withdraw or use the funds to place further bets immediately.

The minimum bet on 123 Go is Rs 50 for most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event — high-profile PSL finals and international cricket matches typically have higher maximum limits than lower-profile fixtures. Casino — Teen Patti & Andar Bahar

Log in to your 123 Go account and navigate to the Live Casino section. Select a Teen Patti table — you will see the current players, minimum and maximum stake, and whether a seat is available. Andar Bahar is a simple card game where a single Joker card is drawn and you bet on whether the matching card will appear on the Andar (left) or Bahar (right) side. The dealer deals alternating cards to each side until a match appears. On 123 Go, Andar Bahar is played with live dealers streamed in HD. Account Security

Go to the 123 Go login page and click "Forgot password?" above the password field. Enter your registered mobile number — we will send a one-time PIN (OTP) to that number.
