123 Go Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or using the 123 Go platform in any capacity — whether to browse, place bets, play live casino games or redeem promotions — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 123 Go.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the 123 Go platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use the 123 Go platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults and 123 Go takes underage access extremely seriously.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for any other person.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from entering into agreements of this nature.
• You must not have had a previous 123 Go account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these terms.

123 Go reserves the right to request identity documents or proof of age at any time. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be held. If documents submitted are found to be false or misleading, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may register one account only on the 123 Go platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is a serious breach of these terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and balances within them are subject to forfeiture.

When registering your 123 Go account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, a valid phone number and a working email address. You must update this information promptly if anything changes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, you must contact 123 Go support immediately.

All deposits to your 123 Go account must be made using the payment methods currently listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Accepted methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and there is no currency conversion applied by 123 Go.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay).
• Deposit limits may apply based on your payment provider's own policies or your 123 Go account tier.
• Deposits must be made from an account or method that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 123 Go does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by your bank or wallet provider are outside our control.
• Deposits made by credit card may be subject to additional verification steps before they are credited to your account.

If a deposit is credited to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault or any other reason — you are required to notify 123 Go support immediately. Using funds that have been incorrectly credited is considered a breach of these terms.

Withdrawal requests at 123 Go are processed as quickly as possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. IBFT and bank card withdrawals may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• All withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 123 Go reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement and completion speeds up all future withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
• In cases of suspected fraud or irregular betting patterns, withdrawals may be held pending review. 123 Go will notify the player within 48 hours if a hold is applied.

123 Go periodically offers bonuses, welcome packages, free bets, reload promotions, VIP Club rewards and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These general bonus terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the offer before they can be withdrawn. If no wagering requirement is stated, assume the default of 10× applies.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire automatically when the validity window closes.
• 123 Go reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted an active offer will not have their existing terms changed mid-promotion.
• Wagering requirements may be fulfilled by bets placed on sports, PSL, esports, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or other games as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally — the contribution rate for each game type will be stated in the offer.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, abuse of free bets or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics constitutes bonus abuse and gives 123 Go the right to void the relevant winnings and close the account.

All sports bets, PSL bets and esports bets placed on the 123 Go platform are subject to the specific rules for each market, which are published on the relevant section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.
• In-play bets are accepted at live odds which may differ from pre-match odds. 123 Go reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time if the integrity of the market is uncertain.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules published on the platform. In most cases, abandoned matches will result in voided bets unless at least the minimum required play time has been completed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market. These are displayed in your bet slip before confirmation.
• Any bet placed using information obtained through insider access, illegal data feeds or any form of cheating will be voided and the account suspended.
• Palpable errors in odds — where a price is clearly wrong due to a technical or human error — may be corrected and bets re-settled or voided. 123 Go will give reasonable notice when this occurs.

The live casino section of 123 Go — which includes Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and other live dealer games — is operated via partnerships with licensed studio providers. All games use real physical cards and professional dealers. The following rules apply to all live casino play on the 123 Go platform.

• All bets must be placed within the betting window shown on screen. Bets placed after the window closes will be rejected automatically.
• If a technical failure interrupts a hand or round before completion, the round will be settled based on the cards already dealt if sufficient cards are in play to determine a result. If the result cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Chat functions at live tables are for social communication only. Any offensive, harassing or abusive conduct in the chat will result in removal from the table and possible account suspension.
• If your internet connection is interrupted during an active hand, the system will act according to the disconnect policy for that game — in most cases, folding or forfeiting the bet after the action timer expires.
• RNG (non-live) versions of Teen Patti and Andar Bahar use certified random number generation. The certification results are available upon written request to 123 Go support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 123 Go platform. Engaging in any of them — whether individually or in coordination with others — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and possible reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Opening, using or benefiting from more than one 123 Go account in any name.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at a live table to share card information, artificially control pot outcomes or otherwise manipulate game results.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional mechanics, free bet structures or wagering requirements in a manner that goes beyond normal recreational use.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Inside information: Placing bets using non-public information obtained from players, officials, broadcasters or any other privileged source.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after placing bets or withdrawing funds.
• Money laundering: Using the 123 Go platform to deposit, circulate or withdraw funds originating from criminal activity.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false information, impersonating another person or using someone else's payment method without their knowledge.

123 Go is committed to providing a safe environment for its players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and it should stay that way. We take our duty of care to players seriously and provide a range of tools to help you stay in control.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Timers: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 123 Go platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you how long you have been playing.

123 Go does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services and other service providers who are contractually required to maintain its confidentiality.

By registering, you consent to 123 Go contacting you via the phone number and email address you provided for account-related communications including transaction confirmations, security alerts and promotional messages (which you may opt out of at any time).

123 Go provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or free of bugs.

• 123 Go is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures on the player's side, power outages, device failures or third-party service disruptions outside our control.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the specific bet or transaction that gave rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you experience a platform error that you believe has resulted in an incorrect bet outcome or account balance, you must report it to 123 Go support within 48 hours. Reports submitted after this window may not be actionable.

123 Go reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Requests made by the player for self-exclusion.
• Court orders or regulatory directives requiring account closure.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your own 123 Go account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining balance will be returned within the standard processing timeframe.

123 Go may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, 123 Go will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the new terms come into effect.

If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date. Continued use of the 123 Go platform after the effective date constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
